PDO Mono Threads are inserted into the sub dermal level, to help promote the creation of new collagen. The threads activate collagen synthesis which produces a gradual skin tightening and rejuvenating effect, lasting 6 to 12 months. This minimally invasive treatment allows for natural-looking results, improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

What can I expect?

The time of your procedure can vary, but typically take 30 to 60 minutes. You will begin to see results in 6 weeks which continue to improve over the next 2 to 6 months as new collagen is produced. Although the threads will slowly dissolve you‘ll continue to see results for up to 12 months.

PDO threads can be used to treat the crows feet, under eyes, cheeks, the lower part of the face, including jawline and jowls and the neck.

Post Treatment

Discomfort is minimised during treatment with use of a topical numbing cream. Bruising is common after this treatment, but swelling is minimal. A little tenderness at the injection site can be expected post treatment. Ice may be applied to soothe the treated area.
