By staying active and eating well, you’ll support the muscle toning and fat reduction achieved during sessions, making the results last longer and appear more noticeable. A balanced lifestyle helps your body respond better to the treatments, improving overall fitness and well-being.

Suggested Treatment Plan

For maximum results, it is recommended that patients undergo treatments twice a week for three weeks, for a total of six sessions. The results will be fully visible 4-8 weeks after the final appointment. Afterward, one treatment in three to six months is required to maintain the results.
